HRIS integration for every HR system, none of them migrated.
The mental model
The Employee Hub and Integration Hub sit between authoritative data and operational systems.
Four kinds of data flow keep a directory current. HR tells us who works here and what they do. Microsoft Entra ID tells us who actually has access, and it owns the people and organization properties in Microsoft 365. Your service management tells us what platforms and subscriptions you have and what is being provisioned right now. Enterprise architecture tools ask who owns which platform. The Employee Hub and the Integration Hub are the consolidation layer that brings all four together.
Enterprise architecture
EA + BPM tools
SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and ServiceNow APM — application owners, in both directions.
Authoritative source
HRIS systems
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Personio, UKG, ADP, and Oracle HCM — who works here, what they do, and when that changes.
Employee Hub + Integration Hub
The consolidation layer in TeamConnect AI
Microsoft truth
Microsoft Entra ID + Microsoft 365
Two-way sync over Microsoft Graph, field by field, so Microsoft Entra ID stays current.
Operational systems
ITSM platforms
ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, BMC Helix, and Ivanti Neurons — applications and subscriptions in, approved tickets out, completion captured back.
Every connector family serves one axis of this model. Cubeet sits alongside your HR, ITSM, EA, and Microsoft 365 investments — when TeamJML AI runs your lifecycle, these connections read authoritative data, deliver structured work, and capture the completion signals that close the JML loop.
What consolidation gives you
One current view of people, departments, and offices.
When every HR system is its own silo, the organization only exists in exports. Someone pulls a file from each system every month, then a dashboard turns them into headcount figures. It can count people, but it cannot show the matrix that runs across countries and systems, it cannot find anyone, and it knows nothing about their skills.
The monthly questions, answered
How many employees, departments, and offices there are, and where the headcount sits, from a current directory instead of a monthly export cycle.
The matrix as it really runs
Direct and functional reports and dotted lines across countries and HR systems, in one org chart.
Every person, findable
Search the whole organization by skill, certification, language, role, and location, then ask the agent about work and project experience, whichever HR system people came from.
One step to reach them
See each person’s availability, then chat, call, or meet in Microsoft Teams straight from the result.
By role: workforce reporting for executive leaders · organization reporting for HR leaders
Three ways in
Three ways into the Integration Hub, each manual or scheduled.
A file, a connector, or Microsoft Entra ID itself. Which you use depends on where the data already lives, so most organizations end up using all three.
Employee Import Hub
Upload, map, preview, publish.
CSV and Microsoft Excel for employees, departments, and offices, including job, contract, and working-hours details, while CVs and bios, vacation, and work schedules have their own imports. TeamConnect AI matches each imported record to its Microsoft Entra ID account, flags uncertain matches, and remembers confirmed ones for the next import. You map fields before TeamConnect AI writes anything, including your own custom HR fields, which follow the same governance as the standard ones. You then see conflicts before you publish, and the same file can also run on a schedule.

Integration Hub
50+ integration templates for the systems you already use.
Start with default field mappings and sync directions, then adapt them to your business and decide which source can update each field.

Microsoft Entra ID Sync
Field by field, in the direction you choose.
Job title, department, manager, and office are HR data held in a system IT owns. HR keeps them current in TeamConnect AI, while the bidirectional sync carries the update back into Microsoft Entra ID — for the fields IT chooses, on the schedule IT sets. Accounts still synchronized from on-premises Microsoft Active Directory keep those fields under on-premises control.

Designed so each HR source is onboarded and tested in under a working day from a template, and a twenty-source estate is planned in working days, not quarters.
What a connector actually is
HRIS integration with field mapping you can read, not a project you commission.
Replacing twenty HR systems with one is a data migration project that runs for a year or more. TeamConnect AI consolidates their data through HRIS integration instead: each HRIS stays where it is, connects through its own template with default field mappings, and joins the directory without a migration. You decide which source can update each field.

Common to every mode
Field-level governance on every import, export, and sync.
One platform underneath, so the same kinds of control apply however the data arrives.
Field-level governance
Which fields move, in which direction, and which never leave. Set it per connection and per field, rather than once for everything.
Preview before publish
Before a file import writes anything, you see what it would create, update, or hold for review. You can also stage file imports and Microsoft Entra ID syncs for HR to approve before publishing, and scheduled runs then apply the rules you approved.
Updates on your schedule
Keep connected systems current without repeating the same work. Run inbound, outbound, or bidirectional connectors on demand or on a schedule. Then set the cadence and time zone to fit your operations.
Writes follow your rules
Administrators choose which fields TeamConnect AI may write back to Microsoft Entra ID, while field ownership and conflict rules decide how it handles updates from different sources.
Runs are recorded
Each run records when it ran, its status, record counts, and errors, so you can trace what happened.
Automatic retries. Clear exceptions.
Automatic retries help handle temporary connection failures. Run history then shows what needs attention, and scheduled processing can stop after repeated failures for review.
Setup
HRIS integration your own administrators can set up.
Prebuilt import and connector templates let your team get started on its own, so no development work is needed. Setup time depends on the readiness of your data and source systems, and optional setup support is available.
HRIS integration templates, not development
Prebuilt import and connector templates move the connection work from development to configuration, so each source is added on its own schedule.
Guided imports and field mappings
Guided imports, editable field mappings, built-in connection tests, and field-level Microsoft Entra ID sync controls simplify setup.
Your administrators decide
Your administrators provide source access, then choose how data flows, field by field and in the direction you choose.
The directory is there first
TeamConnect AI works from the first source. Each further system adds reach rather than blocking the rollout.
Buyer questions
What HR and IT ask about HRIS integration.
The questions that decide whether this is a configuration task or a project.
Files, connectors, and HR system integration
Do we have to choose between file import and connectors?
No. Most organizations use both routes for HRIS integration. A connector suits a system with an API and a steady flow of changes; a file suits a source that has no API, a one-off correction, or a regional system nobody wants to integrate. Both write into the same directory model and both run manually or on a schedule.
Does connecting a source mean a development project?
A template arrives with its fields and direction already described, so connecting a source is configuration rather than code. Where a source needs something the template does not cover, that is the exception rather than the starting point.
What if our HRIS has no connector template?
The file route covers it, too: CSV and Microsoft Excel for employees, departments, and offices, mapped field by field and scheduled like any other source. Tell us what the system is, and we will confirm whether a template already exists or the file route is the right answer.
Field control and conflicts
What happens when two sources disagree about the same person?
You decide in advance which source wins for each field, so every run behaves the same way, and TeamConnect AI then lists the cases your rules hold back for review.
Can we control which fields leave TeamConnect AI?
Yes, per field and per connection. Administrators choose which fields TeamConnect AI may write back, while field ownership and conflict rules decide how it handles updates from different sources. That applies to the Microsoft Entra ID sync as much as to any outbound connector.
SCIM, AI agents, and the Integration Hub
Where does SCIM fit?
TeamConnect AI supports SCIM provisioning alongside the file and connector routes. Which one suits you therefore depends on what the source system offers and what you already operate.
Can AI agents and Microsoft Power Platform workflows connect to TeamConnect AI?
Yes. Connect TeamConnect AI with AI agents and Microsoft Power Platform workflows through MCP, A2A, and the Microsoft Power Platform connector.
