Access follows each person’s permissions and your configured sharing rules. Availability depends on the connected Microsoft services and what people are permitted to share. Connector templates supply starting mappings; your administrators configure credentials, identity matching, field ownership, and schedules, then test each source.

TeamConnect AI and TeamJML AI are licensed separately. Each product has its own price and monthly AI allowance. Using them together connects their capabilities and records; it does not merge licenses or credit balances.
Included AI usage
AI included. Usage visible. No automatic overage bill.
Each licensed user contributes monthly credits to a shared allowance for that product: 100 for TeamConnect AI and 50 for TeamJML AI.
Credits measure work, not messages.
A short question costs less than a multi-step analysis. Before AI work starts you see the maximum credits it may require, and the final charge reflects what was actually used. Unused reserved credits return to the pool.
Allowances reset monthly.
Including on annual subscriptions. Unused credits do not roll over, and running both products does not merge their balances.
When the allowance is used up.
Interactive AI pauses until the next reset or an agreed allowance change. Directory functions and deterministic lifecycle work, including approved fulfillment, reminders, and escalation, keep running.
No overage charge.
There is no automatic monetary overage charge. Consumption is visible in the app and governed through your organization’s usage controls.

What procurement asks before signing.
Who needs a license?
Everyone the product covers, and everyone who opens the app — nobody can use it without a license. Each person synced from Microsoft Entra ID into TeamConnect or TeamConnect AI takes one, and the sync stops at your licensed quantity. For TeamJML AI, each joiner needs a free license at onboarding, and movers and leavers need one already assigned. FTE, job-role counts, and historical records are not separate seats, and you can raise or lower the count as your organization changes, within the rules of your contract term.
Which organization sizes can buy these plans?
TeamConnect AI and TeamJML AI start at 100 licensed users each, and our sales team quotes the price for your quantity, with every feature included at any size. Smaller teams start with TeamConnect, from 20 users.
Is it worth it for an organization our size?
Build the business case on your own figures. Enter your headcount, license and subscription spend, and seats, and four cases recalculate on your figures, with your quoted prices included when you add them: licenses kept by people who have left, seats nobody holds, contractor months covered by colleagues, and contractors whose manager has left. At 10,000 people, they return $1,560,000 a year net at TeamConnect’s public price, before any TeamConnect AI or TeamJML AI quote.
Is TeamConnect AI an add-on to TeamConnect?
No. It is the full subscription and includes the TeamConnect foundation, so the base price is not charged twice for the same replacement subscription.
Can we mix TeamConnect and TeamConnect AI?
Yes. The two are compatible, so each person can be licensed on the edition their work needs — for example, TeamConnect for most employees and TeamConnect AI for management, sales, and roles that work across departments. Because TeamConnect AI includes the TeamConnect foundation, nobody needs both. Each edition is priced on its own quantity, and TeamConnect AI has a minimum of 100 licenses.
Can we buy TeamJML AI on its own?
Yes. It runs on Microsoft Entra identities, its own access bundles, and operational roles. With TeamConnect AI it also uses the shared organization and job-role model, the catalogs, and central agent governance. If you plan to use both, start with TeamConnect AI, so TeamJML AI is set up on your job roles and structure from day one.
Do we pay separately for infrastructure or AI tokens?
No. The subscription includes the infrastructure Cubeet operates and the stated AI allowance, and it generates no automatic token-overage invoice. Your Microsoft 365 and connected third-party subscriptions remain separate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days for TeamConnect, TeamConnect AI, and TeamJML AI. TeamConnect starts directly from Microsoft Marketplace; for TeamConnect AI and TeamJML AI, request the trial and we’ll set it up with you. Each needs a valid Microsoft billing account, although Microsoft charges nothing during the trial. The directory shows as many people as the trial covers, so size it to the part of the organization you want to see.
Can we switch from monthly to annual billing after the trial?
Not on the same subscription. Microsoft Marketplace does not let a trial started on monthly billing switch to annual, and canceling to buy again does not start a second trial, so choose the billing term you intend to keep when the trial starts.
How do we buy, and how is it billed?
Through Microsoft Marketplace or the Microsoft Teams Store under the Microsoft Standard Contract, with licensing and billing in your own Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Microsoft Azure subscription. No Cubeet amendments and no separate contract to negotiate. Choose your plan and user count, then complete your purchase through Microsoft.
Can this count toward our Microsoft Azure commitment?
Eligible Microsoft Marketplace purchases can draw down a customer’s Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment. Whether yours qualifies depends on your agreement, so confirm it with your Microsoft account team before planning against it.
What does setup involve?
Cubeet hosts and maintains the application, so there is nothing to install or run. The effort per source depends on how ready your data is, and optional setup support is available, with any professional services stated in the quote.
Are released licenses and savings the same thing?
No. A confirmed removal creates reusable capacity, reuse can avoid another purchase, and a confirmed spend reduction requires a recorded financial outcome that actually lowers expenditure. The financial case keeps the three distinct.
