About the AI employee directory and TeamJML AI
Are TeamConnect AI and TeamJML AI one product?
No. They are two products, each solving its own problem: TeamConnect AI finds and connects people, while TeamJML AI governs every joiner, mover, and leaver change. You can start with either one.
Can we mix TeamConnect and TeamConnect AI?
Yes. The two are compatible, so each person can be licensed on the edition their work needs, for example TeamConnect for most employees and TeamConnect AI for management, sales, and roles that work across departments. Because TeamConnect AI includes the TeamConnect foundation, nobody needs both.
Does Cubeet replace our HRIS?
No. Each HR system stays the source of its own records. TeamConnect AI consolidates them, so your people become findable across Microsoft 365.
Does TeamJML AI replace our IT service desk?
No. Your service desk still makes the change. TeamJML AI makes sure it receives only approved, complete work, and then it records the confirmed outcome.
